Anyone remember the PS Move?
How this manage to get past the drawing board is beyond me.

Unfortunately 3d motion on a 2d screen is all but pointless (if you'll pardon the pun) In a 3d virtual environment however they come into there own. They were originally designed with vr in mind btw.
