Seriously Bungie, why would you curse us warlocks with what is easily the worst jump in the game and it is actually a hindrance rather than a help as sometimes you can accidentally press it and be slowly hoisted into the air only to be shot down. Have you not read the feedback?!?! Glide is a curse on our class why would you ignore the feedback and choose it as the Stormcaller jump?
Out of the 3 new subclasses Stormcaller is undoubtedly the weakest. It is slow and awkward looking and looks like it can be countered with ease by every single super in the game (except ward of dawn obviously). Its slowness makes it easy to be countered by snipers, thorns, shotguns melees etc. so there really is no reason to even use it in PvP.
It also doesn't have blink making it a worse subclass choice for PvP when compared to voidwalker and sunsinger (sunsingers grenades are considerably better).
Then in PvE why the -blam!- would you use this subclass? It only generates 4 orbs, its outclassed by an obsidian mind+bad juju combo which generates tonnes of orbs and kills low tier enemies much, much, much faster and the actual purpose of this subclass is to kill low tier enemies!!! Self-rez makes this subclass completely redundant in any high level PvE content and Nova Bombs are simply better for clearing out low tier enemies in strikes and story missions. This class literally has no place at all in destiny. Its a gimmicky class which simply overshadowed by every other subclass in the game.
With the introduction of the Nightstalker and Hammer of Sol subclasses to Hunters and Titans, Warlocks have now become the WORST class in the game by a mile since they both gain A LOT warlocks however do not at all. Bungie you have a few months before The Taken King releases you still have time to fix this! Start by giving Stormcallers blink!

Yes stormcaller DOES need blink. I am not appreciating having to get used to the stupid slow glide. It's especially awful in crucible because it's REALLY slow so you don't have a chance to get away from anyone

It's a little premature at this point to be calling it the weakest class don't you think? We have no idea how certain exotics or loadouts can be stacked to buff certain ladders, furthermore what new playstlyes may or may not be discovered due to the taken kings different design elements. What is it with the premature bashing of the new weapons and subclasses? Why do I get the feeling this is just another means of hating on destiny? To bash something like this without the benefit or wisdom of practice is pretty idiotic dude.

The only thing I can say for sure (since I haven't played TTK yet cough*) is that the whole hovering around while using the super thing looks lame af.

I don't understand how so many people have expert opinions on stuff and make huge write-ups without even having played the new content... If a bad player is using the class, it's going to look awful. Use Deej, for example: he's a void walker warlock primarily but plays terribly in crucible (sorry Deej, needed an example) but that doesn't mean that void walker is a bad class. On the contrary, it's a force to be reckoned with in the crucible. Play it for yourself and then judge. I know you're trying to exercise your opinion here, but you're speaking as if this is coming from first-hand experience and you haven't played it. Calm. Down.
