I find it interesting that for a company that exclaims, through innuendo and allusions, that the customer is important, that they do not have a customer service telephone number for anyone who may have a legitimate problem with ether installing, running, or using their software.
I know one person that has had such a problem, and so they placed call for help on the forums and got nothing from Bungie. So now they can't really play the game the way it should be playable. So they don't play at all and have gone back to their other games, exclaiming that they will never return or purchase anything from Bungie or Activision.
