Throw money at Luke Smith. Then fire him. Go find Joseph Staten or whatever his name is and hire him back at his old salary plus Luke Smiths. Or, keep Smith on, but his whole job now is to sit around and wait for payday. On payday, he has to walk to Staten's office and throw money at him.
