If i could just get it so I aim my snipers at head height all the time, I could do so much better with them. I always end up aiming just below the head and not getting an instakill. My timing is right, I just need to learn to aim a bit higher

I need to get my sensitivity balanced well for all round game. Currently it's at 10. Probably needs to be 5 or 6 for sniping.
