Please take no offense to what I am about to say, but there is no way the light house should be included for a first year banner. The elite players already have more than enough special gear and banners hat the rest of us may never be able to achieve.
This emblem is for players that have played the "whole" game not just lived in the PvP arenas. The whining and crying for special items for said "elite" players before the HoW dropped was irritating. Really most players on destiny could give a crap who the "best" player is.
I spent a long time building my characters and have played all areas of this game and find it rather obnoxious that the top 10% hunk they are the only ones who matter.
Stop being such babies and get over yourselves, at best maybe it should have a participation in ToO with no win or lose stipulations.

This. I think they should add a bow emote so you can bow to the elite or the people bragging they were day 1 or go flawless all the time. Or an emote that pulls a cookie out of their pocket and hands it to them. Frustrating coming into the forums to look for useful info and finding nerf this, gally that, day 1, I quit, flawless people sign.

Exactly, no one cares, least of all the people that can not compete at that level. I am ok with the possibility of never seeing the light house , if it wasn't always rubbed in our faces.

Anymore, I'd much rather play with random newbies still learning. They are enjoying the game. Not yelling and lecturing on a mistake you may make, your k/d, what gear or guns you may or may not have. Just laughing at their deaths. Asking questions. Just being laid back.

I'm not offended. I'm ok with the requirements for the prima emblem. I just think they are leaving an important part of the game out. That's kinda surprising.
