Xur, a constant cause of controversy, well, maybe there is a way to fix that Allow Xur to continue to sell all Exotics BUT, they are a lower attack (336) and can not be upgrade to the year one max In PVE the difference to damage output is small, as it regular PVP., only in IB and trials will it make a change. Then "Earners" can stay smug about exotics with max power, and "Xurners" can enjoy the exotic life style, just with a little less bragging rights NOTE - I do not care how people get exotics, I am just bored
