What if I don't have any of the things it says I need to "bless" the circle?

And at the same time, the first time i ever recall seeing my guide was in a dream. I didn't successfully communicate through meditation until after that.

My dreams are always so vivid, yet I can never remember them...

Mine can be like that too. Even when my guide is with me sometimes. But that is why meditation is important, it's a way to talk to your guide without interference.

To be honest, a lot of that is just ceremonial. I always just sit down, clear my mind of negative emotions, and picture a place that is special to my guide and myself (I can't tell you what it is, sorry). I've never done all that other stuff.
