Sweet Jesus, I've played on both consoles ALOT and the only way I would give a minimal advantage to xbox is its well crafted controllers. Other than that it's all the same, except one thing PS3/X360 has wayyyy more good players to crap players ratio compared to ps4/X1, unsure why that is, but it's true.

K sweet Jesus, I've played both too, and in my personal experience, Xbox is way harder. Not just in destiny. In every fps I've played since cod4 came out.

Cod4 is when I was running x360 hard, I will admit back in the world at war days there was a bit more of a gap because Microsoft claimed the competitive style gamers, but over the years as gaming has become more popular and ps4 has released a better FPS machine the gap is dwindling to nothing. I don't get into the whole which console is better, I like them both.. I'm just a realist.

Oh I'm not arguing about hardware or specs. I'm saying that, IMO competition is stiffer on X1 vs PS4. And that in every fps I've played since I started playing on the both, which was Cod4, it's been the same. For example in Cod4 specifically I had over a 4.0 kd with some 20 days played. When I got a 360, I had a 1.8.

Edited by bnarsty: 7/9/2015 1:23:41 AMCompetition is only better in the very top percentile on Xbox. Someone playing destiny all the time will come up against the same types of players on both consoles the majority of the time

I'm not in the very top percentile and I just told you my experiences.

I wish I had the cash to buy fresh consoles and really put them to the test, that would be fun! Seems our experiences differ my friend so let's agree to disagree and keep owning people in our domains haha.
