I just completed Prison of Elders level 35 yesterday and received the elder cipher exotic bounty. I have already completed the first part where you get the queen's cipher from the chest and I handed it in to Variks and I now have to wait. I know that it is supposed to take a while but after a little bit of time the game was telling me to go to the Vestian Outpost but there was nothing there for me. Every once in a while I would see Variks flash with the green explanation point above his head calling for me to go to him but this was only for about half a second. Whenever I open his inventory there is nothing special about it. I am just a little bit confused on if it is glitched or if I just need to wait a little bit longer before I am allowed to complete this step. If you could help me in anyway by telling me what to do or what might be wrong that would be great. Thanks!
