They would need to boot the lag switchers to require that. Too many cheaters in the game that rely on cheating rather than skill. Gotta love hitting a guy with a Gally and he's still got full shields and health. When it's fixed, I'd probably agree. Until then, no. IB is bad enough with them.

The problem is Bungie supports cheaters. If they didn't they would allow you to name them. And when people share videos and you can see blatant cheating deal with it and inform the community of said actions. Because the way it looks, their ingame report feature is flawed at best.
