[b]Weapon classes[/b]
[u]Primary[/u]
-Primary Sidearms. When two sidearms are equipped, you can dual wield, while sacrificing heavy usage and gaining 3x ammo drops. Great for clearing packs of mobs and general crowd control.
-Quick firing auto weapons, 'Peashooters'. Auto rifles with 2 impact and 150 RoF, and large magazines. Great for taking out groups of T1 mobs. All 'peashooters' have increased damage to majors and shield overpenetration to counteract their low damage.
-Heavy Scout. Slow firing, heavy hitting primaries. Great for killing high tier enemies and can be used for great DPS on bosses paired with a sniper. Scopes are long range, somewhat like an ambush scope.
-Rifle. Rifles are a longer range weapon similar to scouts. Rifles have different selectable projectiles, such as tranquilizer (inability to move for 5-10 seconds) blindness, and burn. The drawbacks are there are only four shots and an ammo pickup cooldown of 20 seconds. To counteract this, special weapon ammo drops are increased by 75%. The darts will be very powerful, however.
[u]Special[/u]
-Grenade launcher. Grenade launchers shoot your classes grenades, with increased potency. Whatever grenade is equipped, the grenade launcher will shoot. The increased potency might make fusion grenades explode 3 times, swarm grenades have more swarms, or lightning grenades spike in two directions. Whenever a grenade is shot, it resets the cooldown of your [b]regular[/b] grenade.
-Sonic blaster. This single shot weapon staggers your target for 5 seconds if it is a body shot, 10 if it is a head shot. They will be blinded and reeling during that time. Great for killing bosses. It also instantly cancels a super for the same amount of time, but resumes super if not killed.
-Laser. The laser can be used effectively for boss dps or crowd control. The laser can be dragged across a group for spread damage or focused on a boss for high DPS. The laser can be focused for as long as needed, but breaking the beam or taking it off a target you have focused on damages you.
[u]Heavy weapons[/u]
-Flamethrower: Great for crowd control, the flamethrower burns enemies and has DoT. Runs on 'fuel'
-Heavy sniper. Heavy snipers are made for taking down big game. The 5 projectiles instantly one shot any shield (Except crota) and have a major damage bonus so criticals one shot all majors.
-Remote Detonation Explosives. RDE's are packs of C4 that can be detonated from anywhere. Useful for setting up traps. Mobs instinctively avoid them to prevent massive piles of it. However, if stuck to a mob, they deal double damage. Great for backup traps if you are being overwhelmed.
[u]Melee Weapons[/u]
Melee weapons can be traded out with your class melees.
-Long knife. Long knives do poweful dps but are slow and bulky. They automatically remove shields on one hit if they are of the correct element and remove 1/2 of all other shields.
-Electro-dagger. Stuns enemies on hit. 3 hits then it must recharge for 20 seconds.
-Injection. Injection meelee can put dart poison from dart guns into your enemie. A close range dart gun.
-Hammer. (Iron banner) Hammers do massive single target damage but are [i]very[/i] slow.
-Force Push. Force push shoves all enemies around you back. 15 second cooldown, 5 seconds with upgrade.
-Tripwire. This meelee activates behind you and gives you an overshield when it is tripped. It also freezes the enemy for 2 seconds.
-Tomohawk. The Tomohawk can be thrown for medium damage. Two per charge, can get small tracking with upgrade. Tomahawks have a chance to cancel enemies abilities for a short time. ([b]Titan only[/b])
-Compound bow. Compound bow's have 3 arrows and do a small amount of damage. Arrows hobble their target and slow them down for a short time. ([b]Hunter only[/b])
-Flash powder. Flash powder does little but blinds and burns enemies. (Incendiary grenade burn levels) Enemies hit by flash powder show up on your radar for a short time. ([b]Warlock only[/b])
