So right now im currently playing Destiny on my Xbox 360. And i have a PS4, So i'd like your help. On Xbox 360, i have almost every exotic and all my characters are 34. But it would be better in the long run if i got it for my PS4, If you could help me out with deciding that would be great <3
Edit 1: I don't have the money for a Xbox One if that's what your going to put. ;3
Edit 2: HOLY CRAP LOOK AT THOSE VOTES. THANK YOU <3 (Also Happy Bungie Day!)

Yes you should start over. All year 1,2 and 3 DLC is woven into the original campaign. You may find some dlc too easy if you're over leveled

I'm in the same boat honestly. I'm starting out fresh when I get taken king and the reason is partially psychological. It will be a thrill to basically have a fresh new outlook and experience. Also my stats don't accurately represent my potential skill cap so that's going to be fun to work on. I'm eager to see what happens starting over and putting more effort and positive attitude towards playing the game.

Edited by Level 2 on Easy: 7/8/2015 4:29:00 AMDude....unless you have friends on a ps4, you just made a huge mistake. You should have bought an xbox 1 buddy. Microsoft always delivers to its users. And I'm not talking about destiny. I've been a proud xbox user for a little over 10 years. You couldn't sell me another console. I've been with Xbox ever since Halo 2 and Star Wars battlefront 2.
-
Hey, I'm an Xbox One user and I'm saying go for it. Get the trophies and build your army with the PS Exclusives. Kind of fun starting over, to a point.
-
Better now that latter. Make head way and look at bright side you'll have all exclusives to amp it up.
-
You know there selling MCC bundled Xbones with a Terabyte of space for 350...
-
If you already have a PS4 and are not willing to get an X1, the sooner you switch over the better. Unless you want to keep on playing on the inferior system but when you do make the switch it will make it that much more daunting having to re-grind to get new equipment.
-
My psn is ashersmashe
-
I wish I could link my Bungie account to both sony and xbox consoles. So dumb that we can't. Greedy publishers!
-
You now Xbox one is 350$$ right now right?
-
After HoW came out, I went from three 34 warlocks to 34 of each in one week. Also maxed out my subclasses. Just grind on strikes and get vanguard gear.
-
I thought about switching to ps4 but I just can't see me putting in all that time over again. And for what? Timed exclusives? To me it's not worth it. I would sell your 360 and the ps4 then buy a used Xbox one off of Craigslist. My 2 cents.
-
If you don't want to wait for the exclusives. Go ahead pay the $250+ for the game and PS4.
-
The way I see it is, if you plan on playing for a long time upgrade to the new gen system. Because eventually old gen will be dropped and your grind will have been for nothing.
-
Getting gear is half the fun.
-
You have three 34 level characters and you're thinking about starting over? Good luck with that grind! It's going to be long and boring.
-
Hold up: im on the 360. If I got an Xbox one, could i transfer all my Xbox 360 destiny stuff to that?
-
Get an xbox one. That way u have a next gen and u can transfer ur gear over
-
Hell yeah ps4 is amazing I have both but hardly touch my Xbox one. Except for halo
-
Sell your Ps4 and get the superior console.
-
(People on Ps4 suck you'll excel there)
-
Sell ps4 get xbone.
-
Yes you can catch up pretty fast due too easier challenges just say goodbye to certain non raid legend arises you had
-
Not really worth it for timed exclusives.
-
If you can't afford an xbox one, switch to ps4 as soon as possible. Every second you spend on the 360 is pointless if it won't carry over.
-
I don't get it. PS4 is more expensive than Xbox One. Xbox one unbundled is $350 and PS4 is $400. I think you might have different currency or something. I'd get the console most of your friends are on or are thinking about switching/going to next.
