I like this and think it should be a requirement. Don't get me wrong I haven't done everything yet but have gone flawless and believe that it is a good idea

No. The pvp in this game is too troubled by lag and cheating, and flawless is plagued by people who have done it already that week playing just to -blam!- others. I'm glad it isn't a requirement, and it shouldn't be.
