Lighthouse should be a requirement to get Laurea Prima emblem
Instead of level 20.
Edit. Ok, let's be honest. The emblem is a way to show that you have acomplished and succed at every challenge in Destiny. How a flawless card could be out of those requirements?
I'm not asking bungie to add it, I'm just saying it's odd lighthouse isn't there.
Edit2. I know there are a lot of people cheating at trials, but it's not as bad as some of you say. I have played quite enough and I only have played against 2-3 teams who were clearly cheating. The "op" (I call them cheap) weapons is a whole different matter, that's bungie's fault; but hey! It's not like only a few can use those weapons, everybody can, it's your own decision use them or not.
Edit3. I agree with those who say the emblem will be just a reward for people who have played all the end content, but if they are leaving trials out I think bungie should change some requirements, instead of killing Skolas, Atheon and Crota, it would be better if the requirement was only face them. For a lot people killing Skolas is as hard as getting a flawless passage.
ps If you disagree, you should say it without being rude or acting like a jerk.
Edit4. Everyone knows there's already an emblem for trials, but there are also emblems for killing crota and skolas... So, what's the point of that argument?

I wouldn't object if flawless trials was in, but feel that as you already receive an emblem to denote your success in trials it would be unnecessary. I can't see how having another emblem to say you've completed trials would really mean anything. I think the best option would be to give it to only max grimoire players, I'm not one of them btw.

The Lighthouse is it's own reward, don't you think? PoE doesn't have one, so maybe that's why it was included. I get what you're saying, though.

Because it would credit those who cheated to attain 'flawless' and that would be more unfair to those who don't. Many, like you, worked hard to earn 'flawless' and that is unfair for not being included, but there are an equal amount who manipulated the network to illegitimately win or force others to lose. That is worse. So, no ToO in requirements. Remember, Bungie had to start banning players, it is that bad! Most avoid ToO for the blatant cheating, which remains dominant. Bungie cannot mandate an activity with such horrendous dishonesty as a requirement for credit. That would be worse than a few cheaters getting another medal! So, no ToO in the mandate... Thanks for your attention...

No, no, no, no, no, no, NO! If anything it could put another orb or symbol in the middle but since the lighthouse was a tainted den of cheaters and carried scrubs since week 2 I'd hardly consider it something to brag about. Might as well be out on the street screaming "I HAVE HERPES!!!" (BTW The only people to actually go flawless did it on week one before the lag switchers and blatant modders got on.)

1 ReplyYou completely missed the point of the emblem. This emblem is to show that you have played a reasonable amount of Destiny in year one. Going flawless in Trials is a measure of skill (or having friends skilled enough to carry your ass). There is already an emblem for that.

The emblem is supposed to be easily attainable by all Year 1 players. Putting in a Flawless requirement in order to obtain the emblem would significantly decrease the percentage of Destiny players who will actually obtain it. That's not what Bungie wants.

The problem is that the lighthouse really isn't for everyone. The rest of these are much more attainable. Thus why we aren't required to do the following find all ghosts Flawless raider Rank 5 on Iron Banner Honestly the PvP wins is probably the hardest to attain. Since if you said "screw PvP" then the grind is gonna be real.

I like the second edit. But for the pvp side going flawless is a good idea. And the pve equivalent would be beating skolas.

Casuals who don't meet the requirements- should've gotten good when we told you to... I have revised the requirements, keep in mind that it is just a suggestion...
