In looking at that titan's stats on Destiny Tracker, I am of the opinion that he is cheating. His K/D in May was 0.71 with 37.5% wins, in Jun it was 1.42 with 62.4% wins, then in July he suddenly has a 7.55 K/D with 86.6% wins. For someone who's daily stat on average never goes higher than 1.64, I find it hard to believe this guy suddenly became so good to raise his K/D that significantly. Also, it seems odds to me that someone with a skill rating of 16 in Iron Banner and 17 in Control, would have a skill rating of 28 in ToO. These numbers don't add up to me. And there's no way it could be just a bad connection. If so, then how convenient for him that his bad connection only occurred during ToO.
