Xur is way too easy of a source as people have many strange coins by now. The gear is more valuable than that.

Selling old legendary gear won't break the game. You'd still need Etheric Light to Ascend it.

Don't care. This gear should stay exclusive to the day 1/early year 1 players.

All year 1 gear except Exotics are probably going to become obsolete eventually. But I guess everyone needs something to feel like a special snowflake.

Id say 13 Strange Coins. Keeps em rare, but still obtainable.
