fist of havoc situationally is much better than nova bomb, the range of NB is nice but it's pretty easy to dump it straight into a wall

In pvp I think FoH is better but nova bomb kills more stuff in pve

I can agree with that. I run lance with my nova bomb, it's like a sniper
