Tiger strikes don't drop old weapons [spoiler]believe me I tried ;-;[/spoiler] [spoiler]60+ strikes[/spoiler] They only drop blue armour engrams.

It can drop from the engrams you get on the loading screen

Yup made a while thread about it... And came to the conclusion that no weapons drop... Hope was lost; a battle was lost.
