WHAT IS THE REPORT BUTTON FOR?? BECAUSE NOTHING IS BEING DONE ABOUT THE LAG SWITCHING CHEATERS!!
This is not my video, but I have had matches such as this one in all PVP in this game. It's soooooooo BAD, I have been playing ARK more than this game. What is the report button for on any game system?? I seriously do not know why there is because nothing is being done with these people who are exploiting the game in this manner.

....Wow.... Lag Switching is what that is called? I was wondering about that, there were a few guys who kept doing that. I literally shot one of them like, 12 times in the head with a shotgun at point blank range and didn't do a thing to him. Such cheapness.

Lol on the PSN it's an instantaneous ban for both parties , till it gets adjudicated by a PS Boss . He only works Wednesday though lol

Bungie probably deals with millions of reports every day. Probably only 5-10% of them are actually real, as every noob and elitist out there gets wrecked in a match they automatically assume they were cheated and anyone who killed them must have a lag switch or wall hacks.

You do realize that some of the people that you accuse of Lag Switching, probably simply have a bad internet provider? They also probably only have one internet provider at use for them, because the area that they live in is probably less fortunate, than other's. I'm not fully stating that everyone you run into in the crucible is "Lag Switching." I'm just saying, most likely not all of them are "Lag Switching." They most likely have terrible internet, also it's not eternally that person fault. Just because he has only one internet provider in his area doesn't mean it's necessarily his fault. The game itself it based off another player's internet, also known as a "host." Their is no dedicated server's once so ever in the game itself. The playlist at least; furthermore also known in your case as crucible itself is trash, because it simply has no dedicated servers. Crucible also has plenty of other problems, but I'm not going to state any of that, because this is about your main post about "Lag Switching."

5 Repliesnot sure if destiny support is really doing anything . but , i report anyone who goes from a green bar ( for most of the match ) to red a lag switcher. I have gotten emails from bungie that they have thanked me for reporting , just not sure if anything is done.

Edited by The 7th fall: 7/6/2015 10:32:31 AMPfft if you think this is bad, I posted about a player weeks ago, who's also a registered forum user, that has been video taped in 4 different videos of 3 ToO and 1 Elimination match how he just uses a lag switch to cheat the matches. So far Bungie has done squat about it... this is why I didn't do ToO this week, it's just a cheater's paradise now.
