Yeah only movie fans would see that bit true fans know this means the mantle of batman was passed on to some one new and this is confirmed in nightfall of you have 100%

We still dont know how he uses the toxin and there werent any clouds in the bar either. Its a non lethal dose so its not as deadly so it might be invisible or he might use some kind of nano bot or something
