Seriously.
It pisses me off that all I have in the morning, before work, is just a bowl of cereal (corn flakes) w/ 2% fat milk.
I also drink water before this.

This isn't really an online doctor service but try full cream milk (reduced fat milk may contain a chemical to make it taste creamier and thicken it slightly), try an A2 milk, try different cereal and try eating a bit slower. Maybe one or a combination of those may help. Remember reduced fat milk is a processed food and unless you drink a litre or two a day a couple of percent difference in fat is irrelevant.
