Pretty sure in gt he is. May be mistaken but it's bout that time to watch em again.

He did but it seems to come from explosive temper triggered by endangering people he cares about. So yeah, just not by simply arm wresting him or something. GT never technically happened as it was fan-made however Akira Toriyama is making them again so we'll see how he intended Goku and Gohan to play out! :D
