He hasn't, but when you compare his power to other characters, it's a simple yes. Goku isn't the type to blow up a galaxy. I'm merely stating he hs the ability.

U can't just make shit up dude. All we have to go on is the manga and anime so if he never demonstrated the ability to you can't just assume that he can

Edit: maybe you don't understand, goku has beaten people that have destroyed a galaxy. It's relatively safe to say that he has the ability. I've never seen a bear shit in the woods, does that mean bears can't shit in the woods?

He did have to redirect a charged blast of his own to not vaporize a planet so there's that.
