Getting 200 vanguard/crucible marks is 2 weeks worth of marks. Aka not a handout even if they are easy to get.

Yep, that's what this is...handouts. Oh, wait, but I think handouts apply to be given something for doing nothing. I'm asking players to grind their ass off for a max of 12 Etheric Lights a month. Yeah, actually, I think that's the opposite of a handout. But thanks for the bump

Those reps can be maxed everyday so what's left when you ascend everything in 2 to 3 weeks? They do these things to keep us playing not to end game in a month.

I don't know. Why don't you ask players who have already ascended everything and yet still play. I'm sorry you lack the ability to think critically. I blame your public school education for that.

I like your idea man and why do people think anything that doesn't require a fire team isn't earning? I find it absolutely crazy that people say one way of playing the game is "earning" and another way is not, we all play the dam game don't we??

Some people can disagree gracefully, others are assholes about it. I try to respond the same way they commented. I would guess that the people who bitch about my idea are also the same people who have no problem or minimal problems with how the game is played now. That's shortsighted, but appears to be the common theme.
