Unfortunately not /: superman's power (due to the writers making it limitless) surpasses goku by a whoooooole lot. Also goku has a weakness for letting his enemies reach their maximum power. Even if it surpasses his.

Superman definitely does not surpass goku once he reaches past ss3. And if he does any advantage is taken away once he reaches god. And seeing as goku new base level is pretty much a constant ss3 superman is not going to wipe the floor as easily as you think
