Are gunslingers going extinct in PvP?
The title says it all. "Are gunslingers going extinct in PvP?"
The amount of time I put into PvP I rarely run into any gunslingers. Not saying we don't exist just that there are less and less of us In PvP anymore.

Since trials came out, i;ve seen alot more people run with gunslinger tbh. and i dont even play trials myself lol only IB and crucible for the exotic bounty parts

10 RepliesHa. Definitely not. Maybe there's a decline because people realized that you have to actually aim with golden gun, so they switched to blade prancer so they can auto-lock onto enemies.

Nope. I can't blade dance for shit so I use Gunslinger.

I prefer Bladedancer for the arcbolt grenade, I like to blink out of rough situations No I'm not a blink shotgun noob, I use my LDR 5001 I also like fast twitch so I don't need to worry about not having my powerful melee and quick draw is useful for fast weapon switching and readying

All I use is my hunter. Love my burning blades. 4 shots of gg with my helmet with explosive damage.

No way dude. Love the 3 one shot kills. Also with the beetle gauntlets you get invisibility, fast primary reloads, and assassination kills from behind.

No I only use gunslinger . Since blade dancer has blink , everyone wants to blink shotgun cause they are noobs. Half of the run around widows court with a shotgun. Smh

Why would anyone use gunslinger when you can use blade dancer with blink and arc bolt grenades?

6 RepliesI blame Trials for this. I've seen so many Lucky Raspberry Arc Bolt Grenade builds lately. I know certain streamers have been running this in Trials, and since the world lacks imagination, anything youtubers or streamers do will be mimed.

Absolutely not! Golden Gun is starting to be used in ToO more often than Blade Dancer - at least this past ToO I noticed far more of them since Black Shield is a larger map. And as far as normal crucible/Iron Banner, I expect to see them quite often.
