Still doesn't matter... Even if they do get caught by the arrows Goku can just use instant transmission with Vegeta and blow up the planet. Their Ki would be well above 200 (That's how much their Ki would have to be to blow up a planet according to Daedra). Goku alone had a 2000 Ki when he was SS2.
