Been playing an instrument for 10 years, the hell do I do?
-
Play it more! Do something impressive! No one will clap if they look at your accpunt and see a 2.0 kd, but, if you play an amazing piece of music, you may get praise.
-
I don't do it for the praise. I used to be a bit of an introvert and found solace in music. I do a bit of writing too, poems and short stories and the like. I just don't like the attention that comes with those things, I'd rather have someone see my K/D than my writing or music abilities. (Unless ofcourse it's for a job, trying to impress someone or just for a good cause.)

Yeah. You know what I mean. I just find a much greater feeling of accomplishment when I do something that actually matters. Not that gaming is to be frowned upon. I love games, but Destiny just isn't worth it. I'm done chasing cakes in games that are pointless. "The cake is a lie". But, I digress.

The odds of being good at a sport or musical instrument is a lot worse than your odds of being good in pvp on destiny

Edited by cool cake: 7/1/2015 3:31:56 AMThat's because it actually requires effort and dilegence. Something that I feel many of this generation lack sadly.

Has 2 33 and a 34 hahahahaha

Edited by cool cake: 7/1/2015 3:24:53 AMI do. Though, please consider the fact that I obtained those levels the first three days of the most recent dlc. I haven't played much since. This is not an attack at the OP, but advice from someone who was so addicted to this terrible game.

Edited by cool cake: 7/1/2015 3:29:51 AMI'd suggest you pull yourself from the smoke and mirrors that make this game appealing and realize that everything you do is a pointless grind. You're grinding to get better stuff so you can grind more. Such a futile and artificial way to extend playtime without actually inculding any meaningfull content.

I just want gjallarhorn man
-
Then what? Why even persue it? It's the definition of redundacy and repition in my opinion.
-
Ehh I find pvp fun
-
I used to think so as well. But now, with the ability to get the most overpowered weapons so easily, I find no more enjoyment in it.
-
Ehh i used to go just hc and shotguns but now I use snipers and every often scouts I find if you mix it up a bit it gets old slower
-
I've done all that. I'm ready to move on from Destiny. I'd hope to see you and other fellow gamers in bigger and better games this fall as well.
