If you actually look down at the other comment it says, you can just go and buy water (this is im response to saying that there is a water shortage), my response is fairly easy to understand. Even though you can go out and buy water to drink, water for things like bathing in California is quickly reducing. Even if you miss understood that simple statement somehow, i still dont see how you in any way shape or form got the idea that i was saying things were cheaper in Canada. In fact i look down and the idiotic comment about buying water in the grocery store is also from you. So how you didnt understand such a simple reply to your comment is beyond me.
