They are good in PVP but elemental is useless for PVP and they could of had PVP related perks. I would have designed guns with stats that could not be matched but no elemental so the guns would be great in PVP but not so much PVE. For POE I would of done the opposite. Elemental guns but stats not as good as ToO guns. Of course right now they are neither and just garbage.
