Do we know who was interrogating Halsey in the Prologue of Halo 4?

From the voice I believe it's Locke because in what we've heard from scenes they sound very very similar

The unknown interrogator/interviewer is white. He's voiced by Bruce Thomas IIRC, the same guy who does the mo-cap for the Master Chief in the Reclaimer Saga.

At the moment, no, not really. He serves the purpose of getting Dr. Halsey to set the stage for the Reclaimer Saga by establishing key themes. "Master Chief is broken" "Should he be replaced?" "Moral grey zone of the SPARTAN-IIs" "Spartans are our destiny as a species."
