I hope I'm not speaking out of turn or anything, so take what I'm about to say with the perspective that I mean well. And if you disagree, or think I'm wrong for what I'm saying below, I will respect that.
This weekend I saw a lot of people using the conversation thread or messaging me and others about playing trials with them. I get it, everyone wants to play trials, almost everyone wants to go flawless. The unfortunate aspect is that some people join the group and you never hear from them unless they want a trials team.
There is one problem with that, even if you find a team, it can be difficult to reach that 9-0 with people you've never played with.
This group is full of highly skilled PVP players and others that can be above average with the right team and good communication. But so far, many of us don't communicate until trials starts.
I know personally, I would be a lot more interested in playing with someone on a Saturday night, if I also did some control with them on a Wednesday, for example. In my opinion we should all be doing these things:
1. If you haven't already go through the thread with gamertags, send out some friend requests, message those people, let them know you're in the group, or a member of this clan.
2. When these people are online, Don't be shy. Jump in their party chat, say hello.
3. Don't just message them when you need help with trials. ask what they are up to and join them or invite them to play some crucible. I think you would be surprised how cool some of the people are. How much you have in common, etc.
In summary: trials teams can be made on Tuesdays. But it's up to you to make that happen.
Also, feel free to add me if you haven't already. GT: RespectedGen1us
