Here’s the thing Bungie: we “VIP’s” really don’t care about the cosmetic items we get from buying TTK. It’s great and all that you are giving us something to celebrate our playing your game, but the fact is, cosmetics don’t add anything interesting to the game which is what we were hoping for. You guys want to make the old players happy and bring in new players too, I get that. So, I have a proposal that may at least satisfy the old gamers. I’m proposing you guys introduce an exotic crossbow to the game, and make it available to all VIPs that buy TTK. You could also make it available to everyone else through the raid. To make things easier, I already came up with the perks to make it work. First of all, it would be single shot, it’s a skill weapon, not an autorifle. It would be a primary weapon, that way you couldn’t shoot this and switch to a primary to finish the job. -Tier One: Scopes -Iron sights: no zoom, allows for relatively fast reloads -Low-zoom: moderate decrease to reload speed, increased range and stability -High-zoom: large decrease to reload speed, further increased range, small decrease to stability. -Mulligan: missing a shot has a chance to return the round to the magazine (make it a 25% chance) -Upgrade Damage -Tier Three: -Snapshot: aiming this weapon is incredibly fast -Quickdraw: this weapon can be drawn unbelievably fast -Lightweight: grants +2 to character agility -Tier Four -Poison-tipped bolts: does poison damage just like thorn -Explosive bolts: bolts that explode on impact, doing additional splash damage (probably more than explosive rounds as it only has one shot.) -Normal Upgrades Final Notes: The weapon would be a one-shot headshot in PVP but by default, would only be able to take out two thirds of their health with a body shot. When Poison-tipped or Explosive bolts are equipped, the target would be drained to about a sixth. I was also thinking you could add Target Mark as a secondary option to Mulligan, forcing people to choose between maybe getting a second chance or maybe helping out their team.
