Rewards vs Time invested. The elementals are not guaranteed drops. Even if you get a elemental primary the base stats are the worst and the perks the most unimaginative and useless perks possible. Shank and Dreg burn? On rocket launchers? But ToO will get PVE weapons. Shouldn't their perks be PVP orientated?

They are PvP oriented, they should be more specific to PvP and less viable for PvE.

I would have designed guns with stats that could not be matched but no elemental so the guns would be great in PVP but not so much PVE. For POE I would of done the opposite. Elemental guns but stats not as good as ToO guns. Of course right now they are neither and just garbage.
