Nothing Manacles have been in-game since day1.
Yeah. So they've been there pretty much since launch. You can clearly see a warlock wearing them in the cutscene following the Black Garden mission.

Makes me wonder what else has been cut and then released later as part of DLC.

The slot for the third subclass was there since beta. [i]Almost everything[/i] that we bought as a DLC was cut out.
