Nothing Manacles have been in-game since day1.
Yeah. So they've been there pretty much since launch. You can clearly see a warlock wearing them in the cutscene following the Black Garden mission.

The slot for the third subclass was there since beta. [i]Almost everything[/i] that we bought as a DLC was cut out.

The whole game was pre made we're just buying content we already had, look at the areas people got into on YouTube, the whole game is a pay to unlock game
