Should the Vex Mythoclast get rebuffed?

Ok before anyone goes off to say that Vex Mythoclast deserved the nerf I am in agreement...however there are two problems I have with it. I can take the general nerfs but it could use a small rebuff to its accuracy cause the Mythoclast was not particularly accurate in the first place and its pretty bad now but, my biggest issue comes with the rather substantial bullet travel time they added to the shots of the Vex Mythoclast. Seriously, in PvP unless if the target is running straight at you or backing away, its far too difficult to land your shots on a moving target. If they were to revert the bullet speed back to what it would in my opinion be balanced gun. Alas the Vex Mythoclast used to be my main gun in PvP but after it got nerfed its now just purely ineffective in PvP and rarely ever used by anyone in the Game of Thorns and The Last Word. I have ultimately had to join into this by using Thorn which is not fun for me as I do not particularly enjoy hand cannons in PvP. Whats sad about this is that now with the Vex Mythoclast is nerfed it could take months before this change could even possibly happen. To me its just frustrating to see what was admittedly the strongest gun in PvP to start with become one of the most mediocre exotics in the game alongside the Necrochasm. As hard earned "raid exotics" both the Necrochasm and the Vex Mythoclast I believe should be amongst the most powerful weapons in the game. I digress, ultimately my question is: Should the Vex Mythoclast get the rebuff as I describe or should it stay as it is?
