Seems you need to be more proactive in your POE time . I never really had a problem even before I had a clan . Just go on forums . Always have someone hosting .

But PvP is so good! Ha ha ha. I've even gotten a couple of Marks of the Unbroken. One on my Hunter. One on my Titan this past Friday night actually. I should get Etheric Light for That! lol
