What should I get queenbreakers bow, lord of wolves, or dreg's promise

Lord of wolves, queen breakers bow is just a regular sniper that takes longer to shoot, and dregs promise is just bad in any situation. Plus if you are doing a nightfall the bonus recovery can be really useful
