Either way, something is preferable to nothing. Somehow PvP gets something with matchmaking that affords Etheric Light....but not PvE. I'd love to hear the reasoning behind that one. I hate to jump to conclusions but their lean towards PvP for replay value seems apparent. I just wonder if that decision was made before release or afterwards when people pointed out the lack of content and odd PvE restrictions and limitations.
