The first time I can support a different way to obtain EL. One per character per two weeks is not too much and automatically capped and at least I and a lot of others would have something to spent their marks on which now reside at 200 because no one needs the materials in huge amounts anymore. I personally have no problems getting EL but this would provide a way for those who have. I just would bind it to someone being level 32 as a requirement so that you can't skip too much content.
