Warning: Spoilers [spoiler]How did Jason Todd build such an army? Did he just borrow billions of dollars out of Bruce Wayne's bank account or something? The reveal for him wasn't very climactic nor built up. Plus, there's kind of no point in the Red Hood Story Pack now. I think The Arkham Knight should have been a Bruce Wayne clone. You know how Hugo Strange's objective was to eliminate crime by having mercenaries kill criminals? Yeah, I think The Arkham Knight should have been one last project by Hugo before he died. If the Arkham Knight was literally Bruce Waybe, then he would know everything about Bruce Wayne. He would be the new Batman, just willing to kill. It would be much more of a climactic finale if Batman saw his own face under the Arkham Knights visor. [/spoiler]
