Bungie I posted a couple of weeks back that despite buying all 3(mercy/boon/favor) after going 9-1 the mercy failed to work and cancel the one loss for me. Other member went to Mercury and I got no emblem or access. This is not right and very unfair. I had a few replies from bungiehelp and was told it had been passed to another team to resolve. I check today to ask for an update and all my posts have been deleted! Why would you do that? Why not even the courtesy of an update. Do you guys really not care? Extremely disappointed by the situation and to add insult to injury my posts are now deleted.
