Someone told me shoulder charge does arc damage(not sure if they were talking about in air, or in air with the greaves to be super specific). So using them with airborne, brawler, or maybe arc burn would be insane

Should charge = 300 damage Peregrine greaves x3= 900dmg Arc burn x2 = 1800dmg Brawler x2 = 3600dmg Imagine the possibilities when those modifiers are put together.

It does arc. Don't listen to that dummy. It's not an obvious arc ability but it is arc nonetheless
