The crystal you crush, I need it back. This device is the means to it. All you need to do is open it. Understand that this means you agree to our terms, and you will forfeit the power bestowed by the crystal.

So you want this "power" right? What exactly is this "power"?
-
I haven't taken you for a simpleton, why do you take me for granted? We both know you've used them already.
-
No actually, I haven't purposefully and... Well, not since she died I guess. It's been around that long I think. Since you know what's up with it though, and you have something yourself and plenty of time, feel free to explain it more. I've certainly got time.

He unwraps the larger object on his back. I do not. Not to be brash, but time is of the essence, and I can't afford to let my chances slip away. If you won't come now, I'll bring you instead. He holds the object in position for battle, a nagamaki.
-
She keeps sitting, not at all worried looking That actually does sound very brash. You had the time to bring me alive, to talk all this time about it, instead of just using force, but you're low on time? Sounds like you're just impatient to me...
-
Truth be told, I am being impatient. Our lady arrives within the day, and it my responsibility to show her June never died. So permit me if I may, but I believe my reasoning is more appropriate than yours.
-
Are you late to your appointment at the spa or something? Awww..... sorry sweetie.
-
As am I, my deluded friend. He pockets the compass, bowing again, this time in a dueling fashion.
-
She waves from against the shovel ....this is so boring....
-
With a snap of his wrist, he dashes towards you, swinging the sword in a crescent shape from the ground up. He finished the strike past you and does not look back.
-
You hear a mild, bored, yawn behind you -so when is it you're going to do something fun?
-
He lets out an airy chuckle. I'm satisfied. How long has she been dead? One doesn't develop a tendency to use our powers overnight. He listens carefully for an answer.
-
It's been a while... Not sure exactly. Though I don't think I'm using that.
-
Trust me, you are. You may not know it, but I can tell. He swings his sword backward in a circle before lunging towards the sound of the voice, swinging horizontally at the ground to kick up as much dirt as possible. I've already made a grave mistake in assuming her death was recent. I suspect I'll make a few more before I finish this fight.
-
the dust clears after a second, as dust is effected by gravity, obviously. The top half of the shovel falls off it's lower part, cut clean in two. Serena, her neck at the point of the cut, sits there. She's looking right at you, still bored looking. The blade must have passed through her neck to get the shovel, but she's completely fine. Not a hair on her head was hurt. She waves, then barely stifles another yawn. You mind if I just take a nap while you practice your swing? I'm feeling pretty tired just watching...
-
Of course. he walks over to the shovel, picking both pieces up and dropping hem into the hole. It's not like I need to be anywhere anytime soon. His eyes glow a lime green tint.
-
She curls up, using her arm as a pillow, then takes a nap right in front of you
-
I may be blind to who you are and what potential you possess, but I know when I'm being decieved. He begins carving lines into the ground with his sword, with you being the center of the markings.
-
She snuggles up more, lazily looking at what you're doing Mmm... But the question is how you're being deceived, can you guess it? It's not that hard anymore. Too easy even... It's pretty much in your face now... The sound of mild creaking behind you in ally reaches your ears...
-
I've known the real owner of the crystal longer than you have. But eye contact has been made, and I wasn't fast enough to counteract it. Even if i blindfold myself, I'll still be affected. He smiles. But that doesn't mean I can't escape.
-
...and the falling tree, a thin and light one, falls inches from your left, the Serena on the ground jumps up and rushes you, while the Serena on the right does the same.
-
Humor me, will you? He readies his sword. When a spider traps a fly in its web of lies, the fly can only watch as it falls prey to the spider. He swings in a circle once around with great technique. But what is to happen if the spider catches something too large for it to swallow?
-
Both the doubles to your front and right contact the sword, they each evaporate with a grin as the sword passes through them. The small tree, having already fell, isn't killed a second time by your slice. Meanwhile, another version of her, the one using the falling tree as a nice rail to run and jump off of, falls from above. She launches a kick, which promptly slams into your upper back and launches you forward into a obscured hole. The real Serena stands with her hands on her hips after kicking you, grinning in delight that it worked out nicely in her opinion. She looks down the hole, towards you as you get your bearings Spider you say?
-
Dante slowly rises from the hole, sword on back. His eyes burn with a lime green fire as he is lifted by two claw-like appendages connected at his waist. He removes his sword and holds it in two hands properly. His smile is one of triumph. Mantis, actually.
-
Well I guess I should let you at least have a try with the real me. Come on then, have a go with your "Mantis" stuff. She goes back into the stance she used wen the Ignus arrived, still smiling broadly from excitement.
