What is the most overpowered any superhero has been?
I'd say Hulk with the Venom Symbiote and the Spirit of Vengeance from Ghost Rider.

I wouldn't say the Hulk because though he can't be stopped, he can be contained: Literally drop him on the sun, It may not eradicate him but he won't be able to get back to earth or any other planet by himself. OT: It's a tie between Rogue and whichever mutant has the strongest telepathy ability.
