Honestly I don't understand why it isn't legendary at the least. We as guardians have been led on a quest across numerous worlds fighting the darkness and following a strange exo that sends us on a journey to destroy the black garden. By the end of this quest you have destroyed the black garden, are most likely level 20 and have begun your strive towards obtaining light. However, the one thing that destiny rewards you with is only one thing: A level 16 low attack value blue pulse rifle. By the time you have finished the story chances are you might even have a legendary primary. All we are rewarded with is a blue pulse rifle, don't get me wrong I absolutely love the strangers rifle the cosmetics the perks the stats are all perfect and I love it. The only problem is that the only place it has use is in the crucible which does not seem appropriate for a reward that is supposed to begin the second half of our PvE lives. I believe that the strangers rifle should have been legendary at the least, I believe it could even have acted well as our first exotic, but it saddens me to see such an amazing weapon dwindle into uselessness as a worthless blue reward for us guardians.
