Why the TTK is worth it for me.
Do you know why I'll be getting the Year one perks? Do you know why I'll be selling my physcial copy of Destiny and probably be picking up a digital CE version? Go ahead guess....
Because I want to. Because I like Destiny. Because I want special shaders you do not have. Because I love Bungie. Because I have a job and a very large disposable income that can sustain the cost of the game's expansions.
The items are cosmetic, nobody is getting an advantage by paying. Are they worth $20 to you? If the answer is no, then don't buy them. If the answer is yes, then buy them. That's easy enough, right? So why are you guys complaining about that still?
Piss and moan all day long, but if you want your voice to be heard and you are serious, speak with your wallet. Meanwhile I'll be enjoying my casual Destiny experience with my friends and pitch black shader.

2 RepliesPossible complaints based on Collector items prices: 1.) $20 - Too expensive, total rip off, not gonna pay for an apology 2.) $10 - Still expensive, that the price of half a DLC 3.) $5 - WTF , too cheap, this is suppose to be collector items, now everyone is gonna get it and I won't feel special 4.) Free - We were supposed and entitled to get this for free anyways, now where is my option to buy a collector edition.

10/10 "I bought something off you once therefore you should wipe my a$$ for me for the rest of my life" attitude infuriates me. We've been playing for 9 months. Maybe some freebies 2 or 3 years in would be nice but 9 months? We've barely scratched the surface, plus we don't have to pay a Monthly subscription, I'll happily buy new content once a year!
