No it is incredibly easy for a program to store info such as Slot 1 = pulse rifle Slot 2 = auto rifle etc In the current vault I think bungie has the consoles render each gun individually, which takes up all the memory. Also the term "data" for satellite internet usage is not data, it's the ability to receive information from satellites which is completely different from vault space.
